Admission Process
Step-by-step guide to enrolling at Kalindi Union High School, including eligibility, application, key dates, and required documents.

Step 1: Application

Download the prospectus and application form from our website, fill it out correctly, and submit it with the initial fee.

Step 2: Interaction

Submit photocopies of the student’s birth certificate, previous school records (if any), and passport-size photos as listed in the form.

Step 3: Verification

Enrollment in this specialized class is determined through a readiness screening process. Selected students will be called for a meeting or a test to check if.

Step 4: Admission Confirmation

Selected students must come to the school on time, show original documents, and finish enrollment by paying the required government fee and submitting the needed papers.

What is the admission procedure for Class V and XI?
Admission forms for Class V are typically distributed in December. Class XI admissions are processed based on merit following the Madhyamik results.
Which academic streams are offered in Higher Secondary?
We currently offer Arts and Science streams with various subject combinations. Students may choose their electives as per WBCHSE guidelines.
What are the regular school timings?
The school operates from 10:40 AM to 4:30 PM from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, classes run from 10:40 AM to 1:30 PM.
Are computer application classes available?
Yes, we have a modern computer lab for student use. Computer Application is also available as an elective subject for higher classes.
Do eligible students receive government scholarships?
Yes, we facilitate state schemes like Kanyashree, Sabooj Sathi, and Shikshashree. The school office assists all eligible students with the application process.
